 Post subject: Tracks only work in Arcade mode?

Posting this for a friend so I am not 100% on his specs. His computer took a dump, he reinstalled N2003, installed the update, installed the tracks he wanted to play with. Some tracks work just fine with simulation while a handful only work in arcade mode and will not load while on simulation mode. Any one had a similar issue before? I have never encountered this problem.
